Australia authorities have enacted a wildly high fine against drivers who may start a wildfire. Do higher speed limits kill or are people just driving faster no matter what the limit is? Police in one state now are not allowed to ask any questions of you except for what they pulled you over for. How does that affect what they do and you as a driver?
