We all know that the roads and bridges and infrastructure around the country needs major improvement. The Reason Foundation is out with its 24th Annual Highway Report so we invited Baruch Feigenbaum, the lead author of the study and assistant director of transportation at Reason Foundation to talk all about the state of our roads.
